Dhaka, April 23, 2025 — The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), in its 952nd meeting held on April 22, 2025, approved the draft prospectus of the open-ended mutual fund titled 'Ventura AMCL Balanced Fund'.
The fund has an initial target size of Tk 25 crore. Ventura Asset Management Company Limited, acting as both Sponsor and Asset Manager, has already contributed Tk 2.5 crore. The remaining Tk 22.5 crore will be raised from general investors through unit sales at a face value of Tk 10 per unit.
Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited has been appointed as the trustee, while Brac Bank Limited will act as the custodian, ensuring proper fund governance and asset protection.
