Ventura AMCL Extends Subscription Period for Balanced Fund until September 12, 2025

Dhaka, August 19, 2025 – Ventura Asset Management Company Limited (Ventura AMCL) has announced that the subscription period for the Ventura AMCL Balanced Fund has been extended until September 12, 2025, with approval from the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).

The extension will provide additional opportunities for both individual and institutional investors to participate in the fund.

• Fund Size: Initial target of BDT 25 crore
• Subscription Expiry: September 12, 2025
• Face Value: BDT 10/- per Unit

Minimum Investment Requirements:

• Individuals: BDT 10,000 (1,000 units)
• Institutions: BDT 100,000 (10,000 units)
• SIP (Systematic Investment Plan): BDT 1,000 per month
